Guestbook of the town council of Camaiore

Conditions

The guestbook is a service available for everyobody who visits the website of the town council of Camaiore.
The purpose of this virtual book is to allow our visitors to insert messages, comments or criticisms about our territory.
It is forbidden to write obscene, illegitimate or offensive messages or contents that can violate rights of other people.
It is forbidden to make advertising, to propagandize or to insert commercial messages.
The town council is not responsible for the content of the messages written in the guet book, but can cancel or deny the acces to those texts that violate the above rules.
Each operation made by the visitors, will be entered into the system register.
The ones who acces to the service and accept the terms of use, will be accountable for each unauthorized operation according to the decree law nr. 196/2003 and the linked further modifications and additions.

All the messages which don’t concern the information about improper texts or complaints about the territory, will be removed from the guest book and forwarded to the office for public relations, which manages requests and recommendations.
